Hector Villareal- Owner

I have worked in the insurance industry for 47 years. I started my career with BCBS of TX and was a top producer for over 15 years before starting ABC, Inc. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts & Science from Southwest Texas State University.

  • Past President of the San Antonio Association of Health Underwriters 1994-1995
  • Served on the Texas Association of Health Underwriters Board in Budget and Finance
  • Received the SAAHU Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005

I actively lobby in the Legislative arena both on a State and National level on issues that concern the Insurance Industry.
I was one of the original agents chosen to represent the Texas Healthy Kids program (CHIPS) when it was first introduced and traveled to the outlying areas explaining this important program to parents and organizations.

Caroline Hesseltine- CFO

I have been married for 54 years and have two sons, one daughter and two granddaughters and three step great grandchildren.

I have worked in the insurance industry for the past 20 years starting my career at USAA. I have received both my Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration, Dual Concentration: Management and Finance from The University of the Incarnate Word. I am currently a member of SAAHU.
I am currently in charge of small to mid-market sales.

I began my career in the Insurance Industry 25 years ago working for Humana. I have a diverse background in the healthcare industry. I have been married for 27 years and have two children. I joined ABC/Associated Benefit Consultants, Inc. 20 years ago.
